Payments & deposit fAQ

Please call or email if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We currently accept Wire Transfer, ACH, and Credit Card. Credit Card charges are subject to a 3% processing fee.

A minimum deposit of 25% is required at the time of order. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the scope of your project and services provided. Most Spur contracts follow a standard 25% down payment, with the remaining 75% due on the day of delivery.

Please note: Orders not delivered 60 days beyond the estimated contracted delivery date may incur late payment and storage fees, unless a change order has been approved by Spur.

All orders require a deposit to secure materials and production. Full payment is due per the agreed contract schedule. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Most materials are custom-manufactured and cannot be returned. Standard (non-custom) items may be returned for a shipping and restocking fee. Spur can assist with resale of your order for a service fee if needed.

Carefully review and approve your order before production, as changes or cancellations after that point are very limited.

Spur’s trucks unload your materials upon delivery, unless other arrangements are specified in your contract.

A qualified buyer or representative is strongly recommended to be present to inspect materials and sign off on receipt.

If you cannot be present and opt out of inspection, responsibility for verifying materials shifts to you after drop-off.

Inspect and photograph all materials immediately upon delivery.

Report any missing or damaged items via email to kits@spurstructures.com within 14 days of delivery.

Early documentation helps us replace or resolve issues quickly.

Spur carefully checks all orders, but mistakes and transit damage can occur.

Photo documentation is required for all claims.

Failure to report missing or damaged materials within 14 days may limit our ability to assist. Your satisfaction is a priority and we will treat you as we would like to be treated.

Yes. We highly recommend it. Builder’s risk insurance protects your materials from theft, weather-related damage, and other risks. Talk with your insurance provider.
